How can your website help me choose the right wood?
On our "Which wood?" page – we invite you to indicate the primary usage of the wood. (For instance – furniture or flooring). And once you’ve clicked on the specific wood, we then outline its specific attributes – in terms of grain, texture and colour.
2. Ordering your Wood
Is there anything I need to do before I make my online order?
Do double check any measurements you have made. And round these up to the nearest millimetre.
3. Receiving Delivery of your Wood
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
We guarantee delivery within five working days from the date of your online order.
How will it arrive?
We always make sure that any hardwood we send out is wrapped in a way that provides reasonable protection.
What if my order is damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please contact us straightaway.
4. Our Environmental Credentials
What is your sourcing policy?
Many, though not all, of our hardwoods are FSC certified. We will only purchase from sustainable forests; that is our responsible purchasing policy.
