Delivery of Goods
Our standard delivery time for all our timber products are between 10 -12 working days from confirmation of your order. If something happens which affects the agreed date of delivery, we will contact you to agree a revised date for delivery.
UK Standard delivery:
- £15 delivery for all orders under £100
- £25 delivery for all orders between £100 - £250
- £35 delivery for all orders between £250 - £500
- Free delivery for all orders above £500
Delivery to the Scottish highlands will be +£20 to the above standard costs.
For any delivery outside the UK, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for advice on whether we can deliver to you or not.
Amending or Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after placing the order for a full refund. If you cancel your order after 48 hours, after which your product has gone through the factory then, you will still be charged the full price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You can amend your delivery details, and this can be done by contacting us as soon after you placed the order as possible. We will do our best to change this.
Wrong or Damaged Item delivered
We always strive to get it right the first time, and each product goes through extensive quality checks before despatch but if the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect please let us know within 7 days of your receipt of the goods.
It helps if you can send us images of the damaged or incorrect items so that we can investigate in detail. Our team will assess your complaint and give you instructions on how to return the item or arrange a collection. We will either issue a full refund or a replacement item. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
