Part of the Mahogany family, Meranti originates from Eastern Asia and its pigmented red-brown colour provides a more exotic look. Highly versatile and moderately durable, Meranti is often used for windows, conservatories and doors, as well as being suitable for exterior uses such as cladding, when treated correctly. Also, thanks to its board density, Meranti is often used for fire door frames.

This product is in stock in a range of profiles and sizes and ready to ship, please just select your preferred profile, dimensions and length and we’ll get to work on getting it to you.

We want your delivery to reach you looking just as good as it did when it left us. That’s why our stock hardwood range is protected with cardboard and bubblewrap, to protect it on its travels. Not only does it make it easier for you to handle on receipt, but it also protects the product from dirt and dust, as well as the elements.

Our hardwood range will be supplied machined, bundled and wrapped.

All our timber is supplied kiln dried.
